"Absolutely wonderful service and we are so glad we chose Lucy and Cassie to look after very difficult 14 YO old boy and two one year old kittens. Very professional and animal lovers through and through. Went above and beyond (really, really), administered meds, bought extra food, collected meds from the vets, cleaned bowls and cleared up horrid explosive cat poop! Really appreciated this. They did not seem at all phased, which is great as I was freaking out. I'd also left humane mouse traps, luckily weren't needed, but L and C said they would manage hunting gifts, which was re-assuring as live mice is a problem in our house with the hunting kittens. Kept us very well informed, sent pics every day and even bonded with the old grumpy cat, which astounded us! It was a great relief to see they were all okay. I can tell the kittens were spoiled and they seemed un-affected by our absence when we returned. All the cats were calm did not seem to mind one bit that we had been away for a couple of weeks. Very, very impressed as first time using a pet sitter, will never use a cattery again and and will be booking again for next year. So glad we found them."

"We contacted Helen via Pawshake. Helen was a great communicator and we set up a visit so that we could all meet including the dog. The initial visit went really well and the dog was very at ease with meeting Helen. This gave us a lot of confidence so we discussed the booking, our requirements and the tailored service to suit us and the dog. Booking was simple via the website and over the next couple of days we communicated to make sure all parties were happy. Helen was extremely professional in her approach and attitude and we felt at ease. It felt like an extended, trusted family member was just helping out. Whilst we were away, we were updated regularly with photos, messages and told exactly what was happening. Helen was dedicated and did exactly as we/dog needed. Would we book Helen again...yes!! "

"Eden was a fantastic sitter for my 3 cats! One of them has complex needs and requires medication every day and Eden couldn’t have been more accommodating. She sent me photos each day which was such a reassurance and kept me updated on how they all were. Eden is warm and friendly and I felt totally at ease leaving the cats in her fantastic care! "Alice is fantastic! I struggled to find someone to look after my dog while I was away because he’s a big dog but Alice came with confidence and got on so well with him. She came to visit on time and even sent us pictures/updates from her visit. We have booked again with her already and I highly recommend."
