"Absolutely wonderful service and we are so glad we chose Lucy and Cassie to look after very difficult 14 YO old boy and two one year old kittens.
Very professional and animal lovers through and through. Went above and beyond (really, really), administered meds, bought extra food, collected meds from the vets, cleaned bowls and cleared up horrid explosive cat poop! Really appreciated this. They did not seem at all phased, which is great as I was freaking out.
I'd also left humane mouse traps, luckily weren't needed, but L and C said they would manage hunting gifts, which was re-assuring as live mice is a problem in our house with the hunting kittens.
Kept us very well informed, sent pics every day and even bonded with the old grumpy cat, which astounded us! It was a great relief to see they were all okay. I can tell the kittens were spoiled and they seemed un-affected by our absence when we returned.
All the cats were calm did not seem to mind one bit that we had been away for a couple of weeks. Very, very impressed as first time using a pet sitter, will never use a cattery again and and will be booking again for next year. So glad we found them."

"Frances was a great cat sitter, she came over first and got a good handle on the care required for our cats. She did a brilliant job of providing food and clean litter for our cats on a one visit per day job. We 100% would reccomend and we hope to book Frances again."

"Nicole is an amazing pet sitter. She looked after our cat Bobby for a week. With every visit she would spend ample time with him, play with him and give him lots of fuss. Nicole would always provide a daily update on Bobby and a photo. Bobby was clearly very comfortable with Nicole which is great because he really struggles with being left at home and feeling ‘abandoned’. We’re very grateful for the amount of time she would spend with him to make him not feel lonely. When we came home Bobby was in such good spirits! Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend Nicole and will be using her as Bobbys pet sitter from now until she stops pet sitting! :) "

"Charlotte looked after our two cats whilst we went away for a week and was fantastic. I felt really comfortable with Charlotte with our cats and knew they’d be looked after. Charlotte’s communication was fab and kept me up to date with how they were getting on and spending time keeping our younger cat entertained. Our older cat is nervous and timid with people she doesn’t know and Charlotte worked with her to feel comfortable and making sure she ate her food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Charlotte! "

"Becky was excellent and I would highly recommend her. She communicated once or twice daily to let us know how both the cats were, sending pictures. She is clearly great with cats and dogs who seemed happy with her and we felt reassured all was well while we were away. I would have no hesitation to use Becky again. Thank you "

"Paulina is a fantastic cat sitter and you really should book her if you get the chance.
Our cat can be quite nervous around new people (being a lockdown kitty) but Paulina must have some form of magic power because he absolutely loved her. When we came back he kept checking the door to see where his new best friend had gone!
We got multiple daily updates with pictures and videos that really helped us to feel comfortable with the fact that we were away from him and allowed us to focus on our trip in a way we just haven't been able to when we get friends to cat sit.
She's an incredibly friendly presence to have in your cat's space and really goes the extra mile to ensure your cat's needs are catered to. We will 100% be booking her again and could not recommend her more thoroughly to anyone needing a professional cat sitter for the first time."
