"I’ve typically only ever used a cattery when going away but this time I thought I would explore other options which is how I found Eden, who offers home visits.
I have a typical back cat who is spooked by her own shadow, Eden came to meet my cat prior to the booking and Eden is obviously a cat whisperer, my cat warmed to her straight away to the point where she was dribbling over the fuss (my cat not Eden 🤣).
Eden provided regular updates throughout my holiday and was professional and responsive, I plan on using Eden again next time I go away. "

"We honestly couldn’t recommend Cassie and Lucy enough! They looked after our young cat Simba for a week while we were away on holiday, visiting him at our home once a day to make sure he was happy, fed and well cared for. From the very first meet and greet, we knew he was going to be in safe hands.
Cassie and Lucy were both absolutely lovely from the moment we met them. You can immediately tell that they genuinely love animals and have such a kind and caring nature. They took the time to get to know Simba, understand his routine and find out exactly what he needed while we were away. This gave us so much reassurance before we went on holiday.
Knowing that Simba could stay in his own home, where he was comfortable and familiar with his surroundings, was really important to us. Cassie and Lucy came in every day to check on him, feed him, change his litter and make sure he was happy and comfortable. They also kept everything lovely and clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
One of the things we loved most was the regular pictures and videos they sent us. Being away from Simba for a whole week was difficult, especially as he is still young, but getting photos and videos of him every day gave us so much peace of mind. It was lovely to see him looking happy and settled at home, and it made being away much easier for us.
Their communication throughout the week was excellent, and we always felt confident that Simba was being looked after properly. They were reliable, caring and clearly took their responsibility seriously. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and a lovely clean and tidy home.
We are very, very happy with the service Cassie and Lucy provided. Leaving your pet while you’re on holiday can be stressful, but they completely put our minds at ease. Their genuine love for animals really shines through, and we felt that Simba was in the best possible hands.
We are so grateful to Cassie and Lucy for taking such great care of our little Simba and for keeping us updated throughout our holiday. We will definitely be using their services again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable and genuinely caring pet sitters.

"If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Our first time leaving our cat (Sheba) so was obviously worried she would be ok. If you are looking for a cat sitter then Tanya was wonderful. Even on the meet up before we went away i felt comfortable when Sheba met Tanya she has a way with cats for sure. Tanya arrived and left on the times she said & followed our instructions excatly. She sent some great pictures & loads of wonderfull videos every visit & fully updated us on Sheba. We obviously missed our Sheba but she was definitely well looked after & we will definitely have Tanya back next time we need a cat sitter 😻🐈⬛❤️.

"Tori has visited Bernard a couple of times now and has been brilliant. She’s really reliable, always on time and great at communicating. She sends lovely updates and photos while she’s with him, makes sure he’s fed, picks up after him and spends time playing with him too. It’s really reassuring knowing Bernard is so well looked after while we’re out. Would definitely recommend her!"

"Paul looked after my cat while I was away. It was the first time I’d left him for more than one night so I was a bit anxious about it. Paul looked after him really well and even got him to accept some pets (he’s very wary of people). Communication was fantastic and I got lots of updates, photos and videos which was so reassuring. Would totally recommend. "

"Andreea has been a first class pet sitter. She is friendly, communicative and very caring towards animals. I was totally confident to leave my pets in her care and she has done a great job, not only looking after the animals but also agreeing to water my plants. She sent me regular texts and photos to reassure me that everything was fine. And after returning home I have found the animals happy and well looked after. She has gone above and beyond what I would have expected and would happily ask her to care for my pets next time I am away. I totally recommend Andreea for looking after your pets."

"I needed a reliable cat sitter at the very last minute after being let down just before my holiday. I found Alice based on her positive reviews and decided to trust her, even though we never met in person — I simply left the key for her to collect. She was excellent from start to finish: communicative, professional, and completely trustworthy. She visited twice a week, kept the place clean, fed the cats properly, and made sure everything was in perfect order. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and a spotless home. We couldn’t be happier with the care Ellie gave to our dog, Saffi, while we were away on holiday. Ellie visited and walked her every day, making sure she was happy, exercised, and well looked after. "Every message, communication, attention to detail was incredible. However the care shown to my fluffy foursome was better than that, just outstanding.
