"Jo was fantastic! It was the first time we left our cat alone for such a long period (more than two weeks) so we were a bit nervous. But Jo did an excellent job checking in on our cat on a daily basis. In fact so well that our cat grew fond of her in the end.
Jo provided us with a daily update on what is going on with our cat and even went the extra mile when our cat was unexpected eating a bit less than usual after several days probably because she started to feel a bit lonely.
Jo took really good care of our cat that we would definitely book her again when available "

"It’s the first time that we’ve had someone visit our home to look after our little cat Elmo and I’m so happy to say that Mary was completely wonderful.
Elmo is an old boy (18 now!) and has cerebella hypoplasia so isn’t the easiest of cats to look after but Mary was very kind and loving and we both felt like he was in very safe hands.
Mary is 100% reliable and stays in touch with you as much as you want - she messaged when she arrived and left and sent photos so my mind was put at ease. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the area - I’m so pleased we found her.

"Irina is just brilliant. Our cats are both nervous and inclined to run or hide, rather than befriend BUT... Irina turned out to be a 'cat-whisperer' as shown by her regular photo/video updates showing them both happily enjoying being stroked and brushed by her as though they'd known her all their lives!!! (A very reassuring and welcome surprise for us!). Irina is dedicated and provides a very professional service. She regularly communicates and is security-conscious. Above all — she is a pet-lover who cares for, and takes the time to get to know and relate to the animals she is looking after — as well as providing for their general needs. She is an excellent pet sitter."

"Margarida is the best sitter I ever got in my entire life. I am a sitter myself and I grew up surrounded by animals thus I feel I have a very objective point of view.
First of all, my cat Puk Puk has got a very scary nature and doesn’t give much away - specially to a stranger. My bestie went to look after him several time and Puk started to play with her only after a week she was feeding him. (This is how scared is of people).
When Marga came to our first meet up, Puk Puk greeted her and started to play right away.
Ever since I knew she was the one.
She is professional, caring and a very loving person. I trusted her since I saw the relationship she established with my beloved Puk.
She had my house keys and while I was away she updated me on a daily basis with loads of pictures and videos and she went the extra mile by looking after my place and asking to water my plants.
I now know that when I am away, my cat won’t be stressed anymore as he found a great friend, Margarida.
I am truly grateful I finally found a great sitter and I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone who is in need of a great, loving, caring, friendly and professional sitter.

"I had an amazing experience with Debs as my cat sitter! She spent three days taking care of my cats, visiting twice a day, and went above and beyond in every way.

"A really brilliant service! After struggling to find a regular cat sitter we came across Pawshake and were definitely impressed. Jordan took brilliant care of our cats, Tilly and Millie and took time to get them to like him. The only thing we would have liked more of, are photos of the cats in their usual everyday environment and sharing any updates. "I highly recommend Amanda. Good communication before we met to discuss my cat Harry's care for when I was away. Amanda is really friendly and I felt happy to leave Harry in her care. "Andi was amazing. She wanted to meet Maeve before accepting the booking and was great communicating. When she visited she updated with photos so we were reassured. Andi obviously cared as she was concerned Maeve was hiding and not coming out for treats and spent time trying to help maeve overcome her nerves. Highly recommend "

"Camila went above and beyond our expectations! She had no problem administering my cat's oral injection twice a day. I had a hard time finding a pet sitter who would be willing to do that! We also asked for updates on our cats daily and she sent us videos of her playing with the cats and of the cats purring. The floors were clean of messes and the water bowl was topped up. We'll be booking her again for sure! "
