"Heather was great from the outset. Very responsive, with a keen interest on our cats and what they like. Our intro meeting was very good and she came prepared to understand their routine and how she could help. She sent us updates daily with lovely photos of them having a great time together. My cats were very well looked after and seemed to enjoy her company while we were away. Thank you Heather for looking after our cats so we’ll."

"I prebooked Weronika to see how my kitty would respond to a sitter as she is very shy with strangers. Weronika always communicates promptly and when she visited, it was very clear she has a depth of experience and knowledgeable about general cat behaviour and their requirements. "Farhana was simply exceptional.
Myself and my girlfriend went away for 3 days and booked Farhana for some home visits to look after our cat and rabbits, the quality of care she gave to our pets was exceptional and we received lots of updates daily with photos and videos of all our pets. She even took the time to play with our cat Nancy so she had some proper human interaction whilst we were gone. When we returned home Farhana had very kindly left us a thank you card and a bottle of wine.
Yes Farhana was the most expensive option in our particular area however you get what you pay for and would not hesitate to use her again or recommend to anyone else she was faultless."
