"Alex was excellent. Took good care of our cat while away and had great contact. Would recommend as a pet sitter and use next time we're away. "

"This is the second time Stephanie has looked after our rabbit. She is great at communicating how things are going and has taken care looking after her.
Which is very reassuring when we are away.
She is a lovely pet carer and we hope she can continue to help us when we are away.

"This is my 2nd booking with Joanne, and this time I left my cats with her for 6 days.
Joanne did such a wonderful job taking care of them. My cats absolutely love her and were so comfortable being around her. She brought different toys for them every day, made sure everyone was fed well, and was always attentive to their needs.
What I really appreciate about Joanne is that she takes the initiative to solve problems, and honestly, she does it exceptionally well. I received detailed reports, along with photos and videos, every day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
At the end of the booking, Joanne even gave me a hard-copy report with cute cartoon faces of my cats, which made it so much more fun and personal. She also very kindly made a memorable photo for me to keep on my fridge. 🥹❤️
Joanne is not just a pet sitter, she genuinely takes care of your pets like they are her own family. I’m so grateful for all the love and care she gives to my cats, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again! 🐱❤️"

"Kate did a wonderful job taking care of our whippet Pippa. She came to meet us beforehand and our dog instantly loved her! She’s a real animal person and kept in touch with pictures and updates of how it was going. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to anyone who needs a dog walker / sitter."

"Bethany came for a pre-visit and was so friendly and reassuring. It was our first time away from our cats for more than just a few days and she really helped to reassure us with her knowledge.
Even though she didn't meet our cats in the pre-visit (because our cats are a bunch of scaredy cats!) she gave us regular updates when she did see them and both cats eventually came out to say hi (enticed by treats of course!). We were very happy with Bath's service and dedication to looking in on our cats while we were away. We will happily book her again when we need another cat sitter next and would definitely recommend her. "

"Nick was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really good communication and from the moment we met during the free ‘meet and greet’ I felt at ease with him. I was quite nervous about leaving my 6 month old puppy for the day, but knowing Nick was going in to check on her and my other dog helped me relax. He was absolutely lovely with both dogs; they really took a liking to him as well! I would highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be booking him again. Thanks Nick! "RReview by Rhea

"I have never left Pasha with anyone except for family, so I was a little aphrehensive about leaving her, but after meeting with Kayle I knew she was in safe hands. Pasha is an old lady with some extra needs and Kayle was amazing with her, she sent me regular updates and when I got home Pasha was happy and settled. Thank you so much Kayle, You clearly love what you do and do it with love and kindness. I would highly recommend Kayle and pawshake, which is easy to navigate and a fast way to find a sitter. Well done everyone."

"Katherine was so kind and helpful. I’d been staying in Kent with my mother following my father’s sudden death and needed help with my dog on the day of his funeral. I found Katherine on PAWSHAKE and she couldn’t have done more to support me and my family. She was such a compassionate person but also totally professional and confident with my dog. I cannot express how grateful I was to have her support on such an emotional day and wholeheartedly recommend her. "
