"Paula was fantastic! She took care of our two cats while we were on holiday. She made sure to clean the bowls each time and also adapted to the needs of our cats. For example, one of our cats is very skittish so she would leave the food bowl only when leaving so that the other cat wouldn’t steal its food.
Paula really showed a lot of love and care for our cats and always gave us detailed updates with pictures every day."

"We were very nervous leaving our cat for the first time on holiday but Sam helped us feel she was in good hands. Her communication was great, including when our cat flap app suggested the cat had been out for 12hours, sending us photos and updates to put our mind at ease and helping with other little cat related jobs. "Sarah looked after our 3 fur balls for the 2 weeks we were away on our hols.
With every visit she sent very detailed messages what our cats were doing, with plenty of photos of them.
She gave them plenty of cuddles and managed to have them sit on her lap while she stayed a little longer.
Knowing how Sarah was with our 3 cats made our holiday worry free because she was taking great care of them.
Sarah's very reliable and trustworthy, I'd recommend Sarah to anyone wanting a good cat sitter.

"I have recently moved to Luton and decided to switch from using cattery to home visits from cat sitter. Sarah was the best choice I could make. Great communication, friendly and no fuss. I like that and so did the cats. Well…. One of the cats as she is a grumpy and unsociable sort. "Hannah was amazing with our anxious cat and we couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. She went above and beyond what we could've asked for and gave us updates every time she was at our place with photos and was very responsive at all times. She took the time to ensure our cat got used to her so she can give him the attention he needed during our holiday and even when he was not best behaved Hannah stayed extra long to make sure he was ok and safe. You can tell Hannah genuinely cares about pets and wants them to be happy during what can be a stressful time and also understands the owners worries when leaving them at home. "

"Philippa looked after my 2 cats this summer. It was the first time that I used her cat sitting service and I had the feeling that she really cared for my cats well-being from the start. She asked lots of questions and took notes during our first meeting. When we went away she sent me updates about my boys on the phone and I was also able to check on instagram. One of my cats is very shy and didn’t show himself for almost the whole time we were away. Philippa did not push him to come out but made sure he was ok. On our return two very happy cats and a tidy house (I asked her to vacuum the cat litter on the floor) were waiting for us. I can only recommend her and will be using her in the future. "

"Jack was great in looking after our bunnies. He was caring, prompt, and excellent at communicating both before his visits and also when providing updates, including daily photographs. Jack is courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable, since he has considerable experience as a veterinary nurse and in keeping his own pets. He was available at short notice and accommodated all of our requests. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I hope to request his services again in the future. "

"Our first experience with a cat sitter, so we were a bit nervous about it.
Our cat has recently been to a cattery, but everywhere was booked up with all of the staycations this year, so we thought we'd give pawshake a go.
