She put me at ease with her home visit and was very conscientious with the report cards, sending many pictures and videos which comforted me whilst being away! "Mei is wonderful to work with and very friendly and communicative. She took lots of notes during our intro chat and was really diligent in following any specific needs of the cats. She sent us pictures of the cats every day - when we got back the cats were happy and relaxed. Definitely recommend. "

"Hi All,
Just want to write a review for Ashley the cat sitter . Ashley was professional, attentive to my cats every need, and gave me regular updates with photos for my cat Sterling while I was away for 9 days . On return I think my car was actually disappointed to see me abd not Ashley , she even bought toys for our cat off her own back! "The reason I choose Loana as my cat sitter, if you can believe it it was one of my cat's. I have two cat's, Poppy is a young lady of almost 19 years, but Cici is my little girl of 11 years who choose Loana.
Loana went down to Cici level, which I do with Cici and she loves it.
So for me if the girls like that person, then that is the person for me.
I would highly recommend Loana as a sitter and look after anyone babies from the youngest to the oldest. She cares."

"I personally board rats for other people but finding someone to look after my girls was going to be hard, but Jen looked after my girls so well last time we went away that using her again was a no brainer.
I got regular photos and updates, clear communication at all times whilst we were away and I enjoyed my holiday a lot more knowing that my girls were safe with Jen.
We have two new babies who are so small but must have human contact to keep their confidence up and Jen made sure of that, she also made sure my old lady rat was kept an eye on too.
We are away again in September and I have no hesitation in asking Jen again to care for my girls.

"Marco was fantastic, our cat Shortie absolutely loved him. He sent us messages and pictures each day of how he was doing, what he ate and his overall wellbeing and he played with him a lot too, which Shortie loves! He even cried when he left!
