"It was an absolute pleasure having Alison look after my two cats while I was away, and I couldn’t have wished for a better sitter.
From the very beginning, Alison was kind, reliable, and incredibly caring. She sent me regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy my holiday, knowing my cats were happy and well looked after.
It was clear from every update how much love and attention she gave them. Both cats were relaxed, affectionate, and clearly adored spending time with her. When I returned home, they were content, settled, and had been cared for exactly as if they were her own.
Alison went above and beyond in every way. She is trustworthy, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate about animals. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and I will definitely be booking her again in the future.
If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets with genuine love, kindness, and dedication, I wholeheartedly recommend Alison. She is absolutely wonderful."

"It was clear from when we and, our cat Pepper, met Carrie that she has a natural affinity with him. Her care for pets is very obvious. Carrie kept us informed after each visit with some lovely photos and video clips. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this service, and Carrie specifically, again. "

"Caroline came to look after our cat whilst on a short holiday, she was fantastic! Our cat is very clingy so I’m always a little nervous if we go away for a short break. However we had lots of photo/video updates which put my mind at ease and honestly felt when we arrived home he was calmer (usually is grumpy is we go away for a night) and happy he obviously had been well looked after. You can tell she loves her animals, great communication, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. "

"Elise was brilliant.
She kept me updated for every visit, about my pets, their mood, and how much they were eating.
On top of that, I can say she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable, and well cared for. I was away for quite a few days, and she made sure to keep me at ease, and to take care of any issues that came up.
I could not recommend her enough.
She was very professional and kind, I felt that Newt and Ripley were taken care of at all times."

"Mina looked after our cat while we were away for a few days. It was the first time we’ve used a cat sitter and i’m so glad we did! Our cat responded really well to Mina when she came to visit prior to the sitting. She kept us updated regularly by text and with photos while we were away. "

"We were nervous about using a pet sitter for the first time, but we needn't have worried! Nicole put me at ease right from our initial meet-and-greet. She was so lovely and professional that we felt totally confident leaving our cat in her care. And she was amazing! We received lots of wonderful photos and videos, and she even helped us out last minute when my flight was delayed by popping in for an extra day. First-class service! We will definitely be booking her again—it's so great to know our cat is in safe hands.
