"We were so pleased to have picked Alison to look after our kitten during our recent holiday. She clearly has a passion for cats and treated him with the love and care that she would for her own pets. Ali was really accommodating when our flights home changed and through the whole process from the initial meeting to daily updates and photos/ videos we were delighted with the professional service she provided. "Elise was brilliant. She kept me updated for every visit, about my pets, their mood, and how much they were eating. On top of that, I can say she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable, and well cared for. I was away for quite a few days, and she made sure to keep me at ease, and to take care of any issues that came up. I could not recommend her enough. She was very professional and kind, I felt that Newt and Ripley were taken care of at all times."

She was so lovely and professional that we felt totally confident leaving our cat in her care. And she was amazing!
