"Elise was brilliant. She kept me updated for every visit, about my pets, their mood, and how much they were eating. On top of that, I can say she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable, and well cared for. I was away for quite a few days, and she made sure to keep me at ease, and to take care of any issues that came up. I could not recommend her enough. She was very professional and kind, I felt that Newt and Ripley were taken care of at all times."
