"Anna's (Anjalee's) cat sitting service was fantastic!! We decided to try this cat sitting service for the first time and we were extremely happy! After booking, Anna made contact with me and arranged a home visit, were she met Max (our cat) and had a look around to familiarise her self with our set up. We arranged 2 visits per day to suit our cats feeding times and returned home after a week to find a happy and healthy cat. Anna feed, groomed and applied flea treatment for Max, and kept his sleeping and eating area very clean. Max even left Anna a little treat (A mouse) which she cleared up for us. Thanks Anna(and your daughter) for looking after Max, we wouldn't hesitate to use Anna again!!"

"Sandra is brilliant. We were away for the first time in a year as one of our cats, Pumpkin, has been very unwell. Since he is on chemotherapy, looking after him and Mrs Biggles is more complicated than it used to be, and so we have been worried about going away.
Sandra removed all of those worries from our minds. She is so careful and caring, and looked after them both perfectly - every single detail was spot on and we were able to relax and enjoy our break. And her communication was totally perfect - Sandra kept us updated and sent photos every time she visited.
When we got home, everything was calm and lovely, and both cats were relaxed and happy.

"I cannot recommend Ava highly enough! She recently looked after my cat for a week, and I was so impressed with the care and attention she provided. My cat is very shy and tends to hide from anyone new but Ava approached my cat with such patience and gentleness that within just a couple of days, they started to become friends.
If you have a shy or anxious cat, I can confidently say that Ava knows exactly how to build trust and make them feel safe. I came home to a calm, happy cat, and that says everything. Thank you so much for your amazing care!"

"Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"This was our second time using Claire to look after our cat Bob while we were away and just like before Claire was amazing. She kept us informed on Bob and sent us adorable photos of him. "Emma was amazing!
she arrived for a pre visit, nite pad and pen in had all ready for note taking about our 8 guinea pigs and cat. she asked questions on what I forget to mention and had knowledge.
she cleaned out our guinea pig cages and removed the rubbish for us.
she went beyond duty and put our bins at end of driveway and back again.
She sent daily photos and communication.
all pets very happy on our return.
we will definitely be using Emma in the future.

"Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"Highly recommend Gemma for pet services. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable to leave my house cat whilst on holiday! Gemma is not only communicative, organised and efficient, but she really cares to ensure that the animals emotional welfare comes first. Gemma spent more time than expected giving my cat company.
