"Taylor was brilliant. Our cat can be apprehensive around new people. However, he was curious and approachable with Taylor. We needed someone to care for our cat for a few days while we were away on a short break. It is obvious that Taylor loves cats, and she carried out all the usual cat care duties perfectly and sent daily photos and updates. Taylor is an excellent cat sitter, highly recommended.

"I worked with a cat sitter for the first time and honestly I was a little nervous. But Jacqueline is so sincere and so trustworthy that all my uneasiness disappeared. Jacqueline took such great care of my cats as if they were her own and gave them incredible love. She was in constant communication with me and kept me informed about them every time. "Have to thank Hannah for looking after our cat for 10 days while we were away over the Christmas period. In Hannah, we found the perfect cat sitter. So very calming and caring for our older cat (who immediately was happy and comfortable with her). She provided great communication and sent us regular updates and photos as well during our time away. When we arrived back our cat was super happy, chilled and wanted cuddles straight away! different from previous times away when other cat sitters have looked after him. Highly recommend Hannah 👍"

"I love how Paola pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little Nel: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little Nel didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Paola and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Paola come over and take care of your little family at home. "My first time using a pet sitter and I’m so glad I chose Nelly! From the very first contact, communication has been excellent. "Natalie and Taylor did a wonderful job looking after my 3 cats for a week. They eat a special raw diet and one of my cats needs grooming each day, none of this was too much trouble. They also kindly watered my houseplants. They clearly love cats and enjoyed making a fuss of my 3, going on the photos they sent me which gave me peace of mind whilst I was away. Would definitely recommend these lovely ladies to anyone wanting trusted, caring pet sitters. "

"Above and beyond. I genuinely cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the wonderful care Joe & Joanna took looking after my cat.
He had recently undergone surgery and a little health scare so I had some mild anxiety over leaving him but the daily updates and videos and obvious care, love and attention was so reassuring I was able to have peace of mind he was well looked after while I was away.
Jo spent time playing, entertaining and giving lots of attention (to a very! needy cat) and I came back to a very calm and happy cat when usually he is very clingly and attention seeking.
Their service was above and beyond - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
