"It was Susan’s first time looking after a dog as strong and powerful as my Snow and she did incredibly !! She was really attentive to Snow’s needs and I knew she would fall in love Snow instantly. I received a good amount of updates throughout Snow’s stays which gave me peace of mind so I wasn’t spending time worrying at all. Susan ensured Snow was always comfortable and that was really important for me. Highly recommend for any sized or breed dogs as Susan will take care of your fur baby with the highest of care. "

"I recently used Marta for my young puppy, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Marta along with her 2 young girls were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I received regular updates from her throughout the stay by photos, videos, and little notes throughout the day summarising about how my puppy was getting on which gave me complete peace of mind.
She made sure my puppy had plenty of playtime, walks, and socialising. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, happy place for their dog."

"We had a fantastic experience with Vamsi ! He and his family took excellent care of our two dogs while we were away, and both came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. What really stood out was the daily updates and photos. Getting those messages and pictures every day made the trip so much less stressful— we never once felt worried about how the dogs were doing. "Cleo recently had a trial overnight stay with Kate ahead of a longer stay we’ve booked for later this summer and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Kate is absolutely lovely, kind, calm and a fantastic communicator. I was quite nervous about leaving Cleo for the first time, but Kate kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease. Her gentle, reassuring nature gave me every confidence that Cleo was in the best hands.
Cleo had a wonderful sleepover and was happy, relaxed and content when we picked her up the following day. It’s clear she was well cared for and made to feel at home.
We are very much looking forward to Cleo’s longer stay with her in a few weeks’ time."

"Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"We booked Janine’a dog boarding service for 3 days. She took care of our Wilbur with utmost care . She has a little cute dog, Tinker Bell. Wilbur got along with her and enjoyed the stay a lot. Before the boarding started, Priya arranged for us to meet the other dog that was staying with her to ensure that the dogs get along well. "Tatiana took wonderful care of our collie, Kimura, while we were away. We were delighted to hear how quickly he settled in and how happy and comfortable he was.
