"We left our dog with Ana and Alberto for a week and couldn’t have been happier with the care they provided. Despite our short notice, they were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged a meet-and-greet and viewing beforehand, which immediately put us at ease.
Throughout our trip, they kept us updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving us complete peace of mind. It was clear that our dog was receiving plenty of love, attention, and excellent care. When we returned, our dog was happy, relaxed and content.
We would absolutely book with Ana and Alberto again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitters."

"I had a great experience with Dihitha. She was very polite and always replied to my messages very quickly, which kept me updated about what my dog was doing throughout the day. Her responses were prompt and reassuring. The carer's location is also very convenient for the Hounslow area, making drop-off and pick-up easy. "Jessica is a true animal lover. Lucca had a wonderful week with her. She sent super photos and videos of the walks Lucca went on. She gave him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Lucca bonded with her very well indeed. I think she is a superb dog carer and I will definitely use her again."

"I can happily recommend Samantha 100%. She is a great dog carer and has real empathy with dogs. She sent me photos daily which was very reassuring. Lucca was relaxed and happy all the time, and did not seem phased having been living in a different house for a few days. "We booked Janine’a dog boarding service for 3 days. She took care of our Wilbur with utmost care . She has a little cute dog, Tinker Bell. Wilbur got along with her and enjoyed the stay a lot. "We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Zoranye! From start to finish, she was amazing — sending us daily pictures and videos, and keeping us updated on our dog all the time. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable our pup was in her care. Zoranye clearly loves animals and treats them like her own. "Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"Tatiana took wonderful care of our collie, Kimura, while we were away. We were delighted to hear how quickly he settled in and how happy and comfortable he was.
