"Lisa is a gem! I'm glad I found Lisa's profile after struggling for so long to find a reliable pet sitter. My dog is a senior rescue who can be reactive and needs a little extra help when going out for walks. Lisa asked all the right questions, and I could tell she had experience with reactive dogs. Bruno stayed with Lisa a couple of times and I could tell by his behavior that he enjoyed his stay with her. "Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"Bella and James took excellent care of our Bueno over Christmas time, we could not recommend them enough. From the moment we went to visit you could tell Bueno was very comfortable in their presence, and their dog (Pluto) is already a shining example of how well they treat and get along with pets. "Maria was so lovely with our Shadow. Her and her whole family treated him as their own. We was a bit skeptical as he had only been away from us once. He didn’t settle the first day but she kept me updated regularly and managed to calm him into his new environment that he loved it so much he didn’t want to leave by the end of the week! Great communication through out with pictures on their walks. Shadow loved staying with Maria and we can see he was really well taken care of. Definitely recommend her services and would use her again to look after our pup 100%. Thank you again Maria!"

"Our dog Bucky stayed with Yelena and family over 3 days (2nights) and I would highly recommend them. We visited once before the stay and when I took him the second time he pulled me towards the door and was very happy to stay.
The whole family were involved with looking after him , made sure they knew his routines and needs and kept me up to date with photos and messages. I was able to enjoy the time away without any worries about his care.
On fetching him, we were treated to tea and cake and there was no pressure to fetch him by a certain time.
