"Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"Federica took such great care of my dog Cairo for a few days. Communication was amazing with constant updates and photos. "We planned a holiday abroad and for the first time needed to find someone to care for our 2 year old dog. I came across Pawshake. Ideally I wanted someone to care for my dog who lived locally. Zoe was in the perfect location, additionally there were local green spaces. My first meeting with Zoe was very positive she interacted well with my dog and myself. We discussed how he was as a pet/family member and anything else she needed to know. She was very flexible, which I appreciated. We did choose Zoe and my dog boarded at her home. Zoe sent us pictures whilst we were away, and gave updates of how our dog was doing. When we returned our dog was well presented. We would choose to have Zoe care for our dog again. Thank you"

"Viki looked after our dog for just over a week and while I know he was not to impressed to start with, (he can be a bit of a grump at times!) Viki persevered and won him over. We have never needed to use a service like this before but we were left feeling at ease and the daily photos and updates left us feeling reassured. Our dog was more than fine and no doubt we will be back again for more reassuring care and support in the future. Thank you Viki, this made our time away easier and reduced our worries. "

"I couldnt have entrusted Bobby to a better person. Divinia was fantastic. She really looked after Bobby so well. I had total piece of mind whilst I was away. Divinia sent me updates and photos everyday. When I picked him up he was so happy, if ever I go away again Divinia would certainy be my dog sitter again. "Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"Monica and her family were fantastic sitters. I’m always anxious about leaving my cockapoo with sitters but I knew immediately that he was in good hands and would be treated like a family member. "Mara also offered a pick up and drop off service, in addition to watching my 2 dogs for a week. She was efficient and looked after them super well! She regularly sent me photos and videos and I could see that they loved staying with her. I can highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services whenever the need arises in the future.

"Pri and Vignesh were amazing with the dogs and sent daily updates and photos/videos of how they were doing. The dogs were very happy and they were very understanding and how energetic my lab was and made sure he got the right amount of daily exercise he needed. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again in the future. "
