"Laura was incredible. She looked after both our house and our dog Cocoa so well. Cocoa can be a bit tricky with new people but Laura was so great with her sending lots of updates and pictures throughout. Laura was so kind and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and that Cocoa was in good hands. Thanks so much Laura. Would recommend 100%. We know where to go if we ever need a dog sitter again."

"I cannot express my gratitude enough to Oksana and her husband Andrew for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved Sophie during my recent travels. Leaving your fur baby behind is never an easy task, but Oksana's presence brought me immense comfort and reassurance from the moment we met. Oksana went above and beyond to ensure Sophie felt loved, pampered, and completely at ease in her absence. From the first day, Oksana shared regular updates, including delightful videos and adorable pictures of Sophie enjoying her time with them. It was heart-warming to see the genuine joy and affection Oksana bestowed upon my precious Pomeranian. Sophie was truly spoiled during her stay with Oksana and Andrew.
Knowing that Sophie was in such caring hands allowed me to fully enjoy my trip without any worries. "Ildiko was the sweetest catsitter! She stayed in our flat and took care of our cat while we were away. She sent us photos of our cat everyday and stayed in touch if she had any questions. She connected very well with our cat, she fed her and played with her everyday and they enjoyed their time together! when we came back from holidays Matisse was very calm and happy :). We are looking forward to have Ildiko again in the near future! Xx"

"Kathy did an amazing job of taking care of our brood of pets. We were a bit worried about leaving our very nervous dog with someone new, but within a day, Kathy had won her over and even managed to get our somewhat aloof cats to warm us to her as well. Kathy was friendly and super organised and provided regular updates on how the pets were getting on while we were away (which I really appreciated, seeing as I get anxious when I leave the pets behind). She was really accommodating with the routine we set with our pets (even though they are definitely spoiled little creatures) and gave us great confidence in our initial meeting that we were leaving our pets in safe hands (which we clearly were). I would highly recommend her services and will definitely be reaching out in the future when we go away. "

"Thank you for the cat and the house! Andrii looked after my cat Polina as if she were his own.
Andrii is very responsible, loving and caring. You can trust him.
Previously, Andrii looked after our Labrador and our neighbors' French bulldog. So I trusted him with my little cat and house without a doubt. The house was also in perfect order. Andrii watered the flowers, accepted the mail, took out the trash.
I would recommend Andrii to anyone who needs a caring and responsible nanny for their furry pets.

"Elliot was a great cat sitter, able to confirm early and house sit for our two cats while we were away.
Our house was well looked after, as we’re both cats.
He sent regular updates, dealt with a few surprise mouse deliveries and our supporter our technology addiction (digital cat flaps and feeders) very well.
Looking forward to being able to travel again soon knowing we have a trusted cat sitter to rely on."

"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."

"Elise and Ignas were wonderful pet sitters. They came to the rescue very last minute to help look after our dog for the weekend. We’d never used an agency or pet sitting website so were a bit unsure, but after meeting Elise we were put at ease. Samantha was given a lovely weekend and we were assured she was in great hands. "Eilidh is responsive, professional and kind. As a dog parent, travelling has always been a major consideration, somewhat a dread if I’m honest as I’m always worried about the little ones. Eilidh made my trip possible, enabling me to have some “me” time.
Some of the highlights:
- Responsiveness: Outstanding communication. Eilidh responded with 15 minutes at all times, pre, during and post dog sitting.
- Genuine love for the dogs: Eilidh was welcome to go out for a few hours per day, but she rarely left the dogs. Maximum time she left the dogs was 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This was over a four day period. This is wonderful to see as Eilidh genuinely wanted to spend time with them despite she had my permission to go out for longer. She also slept on the sofa to keep the dogs company as they were not allowed in bedrooms.
- Transparency: I was able to leave Furbo on to keep an eye on things. Complete trust and transparency.
- Toy breed: Eilidh looked after my toy breed dogs, appreciating that at 2kg they are much more fragile so Eilidh was very careful with them
- Mixed ages: From the age of 4 months to 8 years.
- Medication administration: One of my senior dogs has a heart problem, Eilidh administered the medication punctually and correctly.
- Diet: Dogs are raw fed, Eilidh handled raw meat with ease.
- House maintenance: My home was well maintained, a respectful guest.
I am a repeat customer of Eilidh and will continue to be, as a professional working in the city, Eilidh has given me the freedom to travel knowing that my little ones will be well cared for. I would highly recommend her!"

"Our dog Kojak was in love with Lydia from the moment they met and he is very particular about who he will go to. Felt very happy leaving him and our cat Jib in her care while we were on holiday for two weeks and she was great at updating us with pics of her with the pets. It was lovely to relax while we were away knowing that they were happy in her care. Everything was ship shape on our return and we would very much like to use her again in the future. "

"Anna stayed at my home and looked after my cat for 10 days. I found Anna to be really trustworthy. She contacted me daily with updates and wasn’t scared to seek clarification on things (which I found reassuring). I came home to find both cat and home as I left them - which is precisely what I wanted! My cat had clearly been cared for in her own environment- so I wasn’t met by a sulky cat! I would definitely use Anna again as her rates are very competitive and my cat is able to stay in her own territory while I’m away."
