"Highly recommended. Laura and her mum Debbie, also on this site, looked after my two cats and clown fish for two weeks. They evidently cared a lot for the animals and sent pictures twice a day. One of my cats is very scared of other people but she soon came round enjoying strokes from them! It’s great to find people who care and I can trust to look after my pets. "

"Mairead is a fantastic cat sitter and took great care of our cat while we were away for the Easter weekend. After the first five minutes of the meet and greet with Mairead, I knew she loves animals and deeply cares about their welfare. Our cat is 17 years old with some health issues and requires medications twice a day. Mairead provided our cat with fantastic care. She spent time with her and sent us daily updates, including
photos. We now feel comfortable going away as we know she will be cared for and would happily recommend Mairead to anyone!

"Carina has been a wonderful cat sitter.
I had a cat sitter last year and this year we chose carina and I have to say she has been the best ever!
I can’t believe the videos I got of my cat and how she was showing so much love towards carina.
I got videos of Raha(my cat) eating her food, playing and how she responded to Carina.
Carina communicated with me daily and if there were any issues in the house she informed me promptly. My plants were watered and I came back to the house as I had left it.
The dry food ran out and carina made an exception and went to purchase it.
Definitely a cat sitter I would use again and highly recommend.

Her and her daughter took such great care of my boy, she sent me photos of their time with him, they gave him cuddles, loads of play time and brushed him which he absolutely loves. I could tell when I got home from work by how sleepy he was that they had truly put effort into entertaining and stimulating him.

Adrianne sent me daily updates with pictures and videos and my cat Tiny, who is normally very shy took to him straight away! It was such a relief to see her so well looked-after. "Anna was excellent. I have never used a cat sitter before and she made me really comfortable, and at ease. She was great with communicating before we went away and sent regular updates about the cats, and there were 3 to look after!! She was very conscientious and friendly, she clearly loves animals and was very attentive to their needs. We have one cat that is quite nervous and she was very sensitive to this and reassuring us that he and the others were all being well looked after. "After spending the last 2 years constantly at home with my 2 cats I was very nervous to leave them alone for more than two weeks. I already used a cat sitting service but I wasn't entirely happy with them, so I looked on Pawshake and chose Christina after reading many profiles. I 100% made the right decision!! I couldn't have asked for a better person to look after them. When she came to visit I could tell that my cats instantly liked her (and my girl is very nervous) The updates she sent each day were amazing; videos, pictures and messages. After a couple of days away I felt completely relaxed and safe in the knowledge that they were being taken care of. I came home to two relaxed and happy cats, and an immaculately clean house. Christina followed all instructions and more importantly than anything I felt she loved my cats. I have never experienced that before so I am so grateful to have found her .. and happy that I can go on holiday more now! Ha! If you're in two minds who to pick .. don't hesitate to pick Christina!"
