"Mairead is a fantastic cat sitter and took great care of our cat while we were away for the Easter weekend. After the first five minutes of the meet and greet with Mairead, I knew she loves animals and deeply cares about their welfare. Our cat is 17 years old with some health issues and requires medications twice a day. Mairead provided our cat with fantastic care. She spent time with her and sent us daily updates, including
photos. We now feel comfortable going away as we know she will be cared for and would happily recommend Mairead to anyone!

"We booked Kirsty for 2 x 30 min visits (1 hour visit) 5 days a week over a period of a month to spend some time with our little Maltipoo in our own home. She was reliable and our little dog loved having her pop in, it was a piece of mind knowing that she was getting that 1:1 undecided attention, Kirsty took her for walks, fed her and playtime in the garden. Would definitely book again. "

"I recently had the pleasure of having Olga look after my beloved cat, Mia, while I was away on holiday. From the outset, Olga demonstrated qualities that every pet owner hopes to find in a sitter: she was incredibly polite, respectful, and consistently communicated with me, providing updates that kept me reassured and informed.
Her interaction with Mia was nothing short of wonderful. It was evident that she has a genuine love for animals and a natural ability to connect with them. Mia, who can be quite selective with her affection, warmed up to Olga immediately, and they developed a lovely bond. This peace of mind knowing Mia was in good hands was invaluable.
Moreover, Olga's attention to detail was impressive. She not only took care of Mia's basic needs but also spent quality time with her, ensuring she felt loved and cared for in my absence. Her respectful handling of my home and adherence to all the care instructions provided was commendable.
It's rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond, and Olga is one of those rare finds. I recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter. Mia is looking forward to having Olga over again in the future."

"Alexa was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble and she seems to really love animals. She’s even tried to refund us for a couple of the days we didn’t need her, even though we insisted this was not necessary. Also she was really good value for a pet sitter. I would definitely book her to look after our cats again.
Definitely recommend. 5* "

"Anna was excellent. I have never used a cat sitter before and she made me really comfortable, and at ease. She was great with communicating before we went away and sent regular updates about the cats, and there were 3 to look after!! She was very conscientious and friendly, she clearly loves animals and was very attentive to their needs. We have one cat that is quite nervous and she was very sensitive to this and reassuring us that he and the others were all being well looked after. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again to look after our cats. Thank you Anna. "

Why cat sitting ?
Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.
This is where a friendly Feltham Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Feltham cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Feltham cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.
Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.
Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!
