"From the issues with booking on the app to end of service delivered by Jack was very polite and I had no reservations in leaving our home and pets under his supervision after the meet and greet opportunity.
We left our home at 9.30 am and returned at 10.30 pm. We wouldn’t have even known Jack had been in or we had left. House and all 4 pets as we left.
We have no reservations in recommending Jack as a house and pet sitter for the day. We would definitely rebook Jack for the same service."

"We were very happy with the cat-sitting service. Everything went smoothly, communication was easy, and our cats were well looked after while we were away.
It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in safe hands, and we would be happy to use the service again. Thank you!"

"Carol is a wonderful cat sitter! I had a previously poor experience with using a cat sitter not through Pawshake and Carol was able to put my mind at ease. My 9 year old cat was well looked after while we were away. Carol also gave helpful advice on encouraging her to est dry food. And I received daily updates while we were away. Highly recommended!"

"Clare was amazing with our cats - they are quite shy and she and her son won them over very quickly! She was brilliant at keeping in touch so I felt confident that they were happy and being well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will definitely use her again. "

"I am extremely happy with Mollie. Before our holiday, she came round and was friendly and personable, we had a great discussion about the cats, and she was very conscious and respectful of our nervous little girl. She was clearly keen to make sure our cats were cared for and kept us informed across the week. I would 100% recommend."

"Candice is a fantastic cat sitter. She clearly loves all felines and has an excellent rapport with them. She was very diligent with making sure all 5 of our cats were cared for - from food, litter, medication to copious cuddles and grooming! She also invests a decent amount of time with them so that they have company rather than just ‘feed and go’ approach which have experienced at times with other sitters. We also really appreciated photos :-) Would not hesitate to recommend!"

"Izzy is very friendly and kind. She was very receptive to our needs and requirements. Most importantly, Toque loves her and she was great with him. She sent some nice photos during her house visit of him getting belly rubs and sitting like a good boy for treats. We will be booking her again!"
