"From the issues with booking on the app to end of service delivered by Jack was very polite and I had no reservations in leaving our home and pets under his supervision after the meet and greet opportunity.
We left our home at 9.30 am and returned at 10.30 pm. We wouldn’t have even known Jack had been in or we had left. House and all 4 pets as we left.
We have no reservations in recommending Jack as a house and pet sitter for the day. We would definitely rebook Jack for the same service."

"Carol is a wonderful cat sitter! I had a previously poor experience with using a cat sitter not through Pawshake and Carol was able to put my mind at ease. My 9 year old cat was well looked after while we were away. Carol also gave helpful advice on encouraging her to est dry food. And I received daily updates while we were away. Highly recommended!"

She was very diligent with making sure all 5 of our cats were cared for - from food, litter, medication to copious cuddles and grooming! She also invests a decent amount of time with them so that they have company rather than just ‘feed and go’ approach which have experienced at times with other sitters. We also really appreciated photos :-) Would not hesitate to recommend!"
