"Kate was absolutely fantastic looking after my cat while I was away for three days. From the moment I left, I felt completely reassured knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. She didn’t just feed him and make sure the basics were covered — she genuinely cared for him. She groomed him, played with him, and clearly gave him lots of attention and affection while I was away. She was incredibly reliable, communicative, and thoughtful throughout. I came home to a happy, relaxed cat, which says everything. It’s such a relief finding someone you can trust completely with your pet. Part of me doesn’t even want to leave such a glowing review because I selfishly don’t want her to get fully booked the next time I need her — but she absolutely deserves every bit of praise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate to anyone looking for a brilliant cat sitter."

"From the issues with booking on the app to end of service delivered by Jack was very polite and I had no reservations in leaving our home and pets under his supervision after the meet and greet opportunity. We left our home at 9.30 am and returned at 10.30 pm. We wouldn’t have even known Jack had been in or we had left. House and all 4 pets as we left. We have no reservations in recommending Jack as a house and pet sitter for the day. We would definitely rebook Jack for the same service."
