"Ella has been a wonderful sitter and carer for our.dog while we were on holiday. Our dog instantly warmed to her on the meet and greet and it was obvious that Ella really enjoyed spending time with her. Her communication and up to dates while on holiday gave us peace of mind to know that she was in safe hands. On our return our dog roxy was in such good form unlike our experiences of leaving her in kennels which make her anxious. I can highly recommend Ella and definitely will be calling on her again as she did an excellent job. Thank you Ella for knowing we can leave our dog and go on holiday for 10days and not worry about how she is cared for."

While I was in hospital, Lorraine came to care for Luna, and both my sister Lisa and I are so deeply grateful for the attention, effort, and lovely energy she brought into our home. From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she genuinely cares. She kept us reassured with her thoughtful updates, and Luna was so comfortable with her that she was still looking for Lorraine when we got home! Lorraine went above and beyond, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing Luna was in such kind and capable hands.
