"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Morgan. She looked after our cat, Ozzy, for over two weeks while we were away, and honestly, it made such a difference to our holiday knowing he was in such good hands.
Morgan kept us regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to properly relax. It was clear from every update how well Ozzy was being cared for and how comfortable he felt.
When we returned home, Ozzy was happy, calm, and completely himself, which says everything about the level of care and attention Morgan gave him. It’s such a relief to find someone so reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely great with animals.
We’re extremely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to book Morgan again or recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter."

"Once again, I entrusted my babies to Katarzyna, and once again she gave me complete peace of mind.
I was away on holiday for two weeks, and of course I missed my fur babies that's only natural but I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring hands.
Every single day I received updates and lovely photos of them, which meant the world to me. It was wonderful to see them happy, relaxed, and so well looked after.
Katarzyna is an incredible person kind, caring, professional, and genuinely devoted to the animals she looks after. She even surprised my babies with a thoughtful little gift, which was such a lovely touch.
I cannot thank her enough for all the care, attention, dedication, and love she gave them. I would not hesitate to trust her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.

"Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"We booked Mara as our first-ever cat sitter and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was super friendly from the start and totally put us at ease. While we were abroad, she sent tons of photos and videos, which really helped with our anxiety about leaving the cats for the first time. You can tell she genuinely cares. "Highly recommend Gemma for pet services. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable to leave my house cat whilst on holiday! Gemma is not only communicative, organised and efficient, but she really cares to ensure that the animals emotional welfare comes first. Gemma spent more time than expected giving my cat company. Gemma also fed fish and drew blinds/ turned lights on & off andddd left me with a clean litter tray. I’m so grateful! "

"This was the first time I'd used a pet sitting service so my fur-baby could stay in her own environment for the week I was away but it worked well.
We met Chelsea a couple of times and she asked plenty of questions about the care for Purdy which showed me a real care for making sure Purdy was going to be looked after. Chelsea provided me with little updates on how Purdy was doing, especially when Purdy actually let Chelsea fuss her (she is quite a timid cat and it takes a while for her to agree to being fussed!)
Chelsea came round when I got home to chat through how Purdy had been which was lovely to hear. I came home to a happy cat.
I can highly recommend Chelsea."

"Georgina is the best cat sitter I have ever had.
She really spent time playing with both my cats and it was obvious how comfortable they were with her. One of them tends to hide when she doesn’t trust the sitter but this time both cats looked very happy to see her.
She sent me many videos giving me proper detailed updates.
I would really recommend her and would definitely use her services in the future."

"Yasmin was the best choice for our little guy, Lukas. She was so professional, always keeping us updated on how he was doing, sent us pictures, cleaned when needed but most importantly, treated Lukas right! "Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."
