"Petra was great with our little girl, the communication, service and overall experience with her was very pleasing. "I recently hired Sarah to care for my pets, and I couldn't be happier! From our initial meet-and-greet, she showed a genuine love for animals and connected instantly with my furry (and not so furry) friends.
Throughout the whole pet-sitting period, she provided regular updates and adorable photos, which truly put my mind at ease. My pets were happy and well-cared for, following all my instructions perfectly.

"Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"Highly recommend Gemma for pet services. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable to leave my house cat whilst on holiday! Gemma is not only communicative, organised and efficient, but she really cares to ensure that the animals emotional welfare comes first. Gemma spent more time than expected giving my cat company. Gemma also fed fish and drew blinds/ turned lights on & off andddd left me with a clean litter tray. I’m so grateful! "

"This is the first time I have used a cat sitter for my four cats of various ages … I was a bit nervous to leave my fur babies with just anyone but as soon as I met Rajan and his partner Sarah I was put at ease - they were friendly and the cats really enjoyed their company.
He gave daily updates and even cleaned some sick of the carpet (thank you).

"Emma was amazing!
she arrived for a pre visit, nite pad and pen in had all ready for note taking about our 8 guinea pigs and cat. she asked questions on what I forget to mention and had knowledge.
she cleaned out our guinea pig cages and removed the rubbish for us.
she went beyond duty and put our bins at end of driveway and back again.
She sent daily photos and communication.
all pets very happy on our return.
we will definitely be using Emma in the future.

"Naomi is a real natural with cats and was great with my lizard too. She came in every day for a visit while I was away. My cats are not straightforward but she was great with them and v patient especially with the old incontinent one! Polite, conscientious and reliable. Very happy with Naomi as a pet sitter. "

"Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"Amber was amazing! Very kind, empathetic and clearly loves animals. All you can ask from someone looking after your pets. She was so lovely with Marvin, he is such a shy cat who usually hides when people are around but was so comfortable and happy around her. Had great communication, stayed longer than she had to and sent frequent photos of Marvin— as someone who’d never hired a petsitter, this was actually such a relief to be able to see him and see that he was happy and well taken care of :) came home to a very happy, well fed cat. Would definitely recommend and would 100% have Amber look after Marvin again in the future "
