"I am absolutely delighted to have met Jess. She's a conscientious and personable young woman who clearly has found her calling with animals. She visited my home before the assignment to go through logistics and meet my cat. We then met on the day of the assignment to hand over door keys. On all occasions, Jess was punctual, and communications responded to in a timely manner, demonstrating her professional attitude to her work.
My cat is quite skittish, and this was the first time I've used the cat sitting service. During my absence, Jess visited twice a day and sent me updates, which were hugely reassuring. When I got back, our home was neat and tidy, and my cat seemed happy and content.
I am more than happy to recommend Jess to other cat owners for cat sitting services

"Once again, I entrusted my babies to Katarzyna, and once again she gave me complete peace of mind.
I was away on holiday for two weeks, and of course I missed my fur babies that's only natural but I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring hands.
Every single day I received updates and lovely photos of them, which meant the world to me. It was wonderful to see them happy, relaxed, and so well looked after.
Katarzyna is an incredible person kind, caring, professional, and genuinely devoted to the animals she looks after. She even surprised my babies with a thoughtful little gift, which was such a lovely touch.
I cannot thank her enough for all the care, attention, dedication, and love she gave them. I would not hesitate to trust her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.

"I couldn’t be happier with Morgan and the care she provided while I was away on holiday. She looked after my cat for 7 days, and from the very beginning I felt completely confident that both my cat and my home were in safe hands.
Morgan was absolutely amazing — reliable, caring and incredibly trustworthy. She kept me updated throughout my holiday with regular messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made being away much easier.
Everything was perfect from start to finish, and my cat was clearly very happy and well looked after when I came home. "Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"Georgina is the best cat sitter I have ever had.
She really spent time playing with both my cats and it was obvious how comfortable they were with her. One of them tends to hide when she doesn’t trust the sitter but this time both cats looked very happy to see her.
She sent me many videos giving me proper detailed updates.
I would really recommend her and would definitely use her services in the future."

"Nicole was very good with Coco although Coco can be quite difficult especially with strangers. "Sarah has looked after my cat on three separate occasions, and each time she has been absolutely fantastic. She takes care of feeding and grooming and makes sure my cat gets plenty of playtime and attention, which he needs as he is only 5 months old! "Having never used Pawshake before I was a little apprehensive but Anthony was brilliant. We booked twice daily visits for a week for our 2 cats. Anthony sent regular updates and photographs of our cats, kept their little tray cleaned and gave them lots of cuddles. So much better than using a cattery. We came home to two very happy and pampered kitties !
