"This is our third time having Antonio look after our pets whilst we were away, and again he’s been brilliant 😊 Our cats and dog were taken care of very well, and all instructions were followed. "Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"We met Sara twice before she sat for us. She was very friendly and listened to our needs. She bonded immediately with the cats, understanding that each cat needed a different approach and it was obvious she had a real love for animals. We were away for nearly 2 weeks and she visited twice a day to care for 3 cats. We received a video per visit keeping us up to date. She met the needs of each cat - feeding them in a certain order, distracting the greedy ones so the shyer one could eat in peace and making sure each cat had the appropriate food and amount. She made sure they had water available and groomed them when they allowed her too! She encouraged enrichment by playing with them. When we got home the cats looked content and appeared well cared for. We would definitely recommend Sara and will be using her services again. We think the cats would be pleased to see her again too! 😻"

"Claire has been fantastic and our dog took to her really well as soon as they met. Claire provides updates and photos after each visit which really helps put our mind at ease, and we feel that Todd is very safe and looked after in her hands. "I was very conscious on leaving my car with a pet sitter as she's not very stranger friendly. I found kat on here, and she was brilliant. Reassured me and said she will be gentle and patient. Went away to Greece and she popped in fed Coco and did everything I wanted and more. I was sent pictures and information on how she is, which did put my mind at ease. Came home and Coco came out straight away and she seems to be back to her normal self. Kat was very patient with her and I would definately recommend her to anyone who's looking for a pet sitter."

"First time leaving my cat at home for longer than a few days. Dax hated the Cattery last time so thought I would give this ago so that he remained in familiar surroundings. Alison came round a couple months before deciding on booking and really put my mind at ease.
Excellent communication whilst I was away with pictures which really showed how much care Alison gave to my cat and home.
Highly recommend and will certainly be using Alison again in the future. Thank you once again. "

"It was lovely to meet Anna when she came to meet our two cats. I knew straight away that they would be in safe hands and that we could go on holiday knowing our two loved ones would be looked after and cared for. "Having never used Pawshake before I was a little apprehensive but Anthony was brilliant. We booked twice daily visits for a week for our 2 cats. Anthony sent regular updates and photographs of our cats, kept their little tray cleaned and gave them lots of cuddles. So much better than using a cattery. We came home to two very happy and pampered kitties !
