"I am absolutely delighted to have met Jess. She's a conscientious and personable young woman who clearly has found her calling with animals. She visited my home before the assignment to go through logistics and meet my cat. We then met on the day of the assignment to hand over door keys. On all occasions, Jess was punctual, and communications responded to in a timely manner, demonstrating her professional attitude to her work.
My cat is quite skittish, and this was the first time I've used the cat sitting service. During my absence, Jess visited twice a day and sent me updates, which were hugely reassuring. When I got back, our home was neat and tidy, and my cat seemed happy and content.
I am more than happy to recommend Jess to other cat owners for cat sitting services

Leaving our babies is never easy, but she gave us complete peace of mind. She treated them with so much love, care, and attention, as if they were her own. We received regular updates and could see how happy and comfortable they were in her care.

"I couldn’t be happier with Morgan and the care she provided while I was away on holiday. She looked after my cat for 7 days, and from the very beginning I felt completely confident that both my cat and my home were in safe hands.
Morgan was absolutely amazing — reliable, caring and incredibly trustworthy. She kept me updated throughout my holiday with regular messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind and made being away much easier.
Everything was perfect from start to finish, and my cat was clearly very happy and well looked after when I came home. "I have an elderly, diabetic and blind cat who has always been looked after by a relative when I am away so I was very anxious at leaving her with a stranger for the first time. However, I was reassured immediately by Elaine’s videos and photos of how she gave Molly her insulin injections and tablet, and saw that Molly was relaxed with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Elaine to look after Molly again and I recommend her to anyone who needs a caring sitter who can expertly give medication."

"Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"Aiste is a great cat sitter and I feel so lucky to have found her and definitely will be booking her again when going on holiday !
We had our meet and greet before I booked the whole 8 days, and my two cats took a liking to her immediately. She was very professional and polite and left me feel secure about my cats being in good hands during my absence. During my holiday Aiste send me regular updates on how my kitties were doing (morning and evening with lots of photos) and was always very quick to respond to my messages. The kitties looked super happy on the photos and seemed to loved the cuddles and play time they got from Aiste (and on the last day I saw how loving they were towards her when she came to drop of the keys). Especially one of my cats who is normally a bit scared of strangers behaved very lovingly towards her. When the dry food ran out she took it upon herself to buy more. I would definitely recommend Aiste as a cat sitter 😊 "
