"This is the first time we had to call in the help of a professional cat sitter to take care of our two cats, Roxy and Bella, as the Christmas period meant that none of our friends were available for cat sitting. Initially we were a bit anxious about letting someone we didn't know into our house and trusting them with our fur babies. After long deliberations and lots of internet research we decided on Katie's because of her excellent reviews on Pawshake and especially as she also works at a cat rescue and would be familiar with any issues that could potentially arise while we were away. After a very pleasant and thorough introduction meeting, during which Katie spoiled our cats with treats and toys (Christmas presents!), we were completely confident that she would take excellent care of Roxy and Bella. We are so happy we chose Katie to be our pet sitter, she couldn't have been more brilliant! She spent a lot of time with them each day, cleaning their bowls, feeding them, giving them treats, petting them, trying to play with them and brush them, cleaning up the occasional vomit, cleaning their litter tray and changing the Litter Locker bin bag, ... She even collected our mail and parcels from the porch and placed them inside. While Katie was in the house with them she sent us lots of photos and videos and it made us so happy and feel relieved to see that they were well taken care of and properly spoiled. We could really tell that the cats were very comfortable with Katie and enjoyed all the pampering. We could not recommend Katie enough and will definitely use her again in the future! Thank you so much, Katie, you made our Christmas holidays away from the fur babies, so much more bearable!"

"I had to find a new cat sitter at short notice last week. Sharon was very flexible and came round to meet him. He warmed to her straight away! Sharon sent me lovely pictures and updates for every visit and gave him his medication. Very reassuring after my cat was recovering from an injury and I was nervous about leaving him! "We recently had Daniela care for our two cats whilst we were away, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, her communication was excellent—she arranged to meet us beforehand to get to know the cats and familiarise herself with our home, which immediately put us at ease.
While we were away, Daniela kept us updated during her home visits with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our cats were well cared for. One of our cats had a small toileting accident and Daniela informed us and cleaned her up. She also cleaned the litter on both days she cat sat which was a big help! It was clear she had taken the time to bond with the cats & make them feel comfortable, and they were happy and relaxed when we returned.
Daniela’s professionalism and kindness shone through every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter and will definitely be booking her again in the future! Thank you, Daniela! 🐾"

"Jenny is an amazing pet sitter. I felt completely at ease after meeting Jenny and throughout my holiday, as Jenny sent regular updates and photos of my cat, Midge. Jenny was also kind enough to notify me of a parcel arriving, and put it in a safe place, which was very much appreciated. Also, when I got home, my cat was really happy and content, which is testament to Jenny's kind attention to her.
