"Ziggy has been absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough. She was so good with the cats, especially as one of them is very nervous of strangers.
She visited beforehand to take notes of everything they need to know about access to the property & the likes and needs of my cat.
She went above and beyond my expectations and was well engaged with both my cats. She also sent me updates and pics every time she visited (I'd booked her for twice a day).
I can leave home knowing my pets are in good hands. Thank you so much Ziggy! "

"If you need a cat sitter, Claire is your girl. She's reliable, sweet, and obviously loves animals. She took care of my cat and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Right from the start, Claire was super friendly and really clicked with Blacky, although it usually takes a while to warm up to people. She kept everything clean and tidy, changing the litter regularly and making sure Blacky had everything he needed. When I got back, the place was spotless, and Blacky was so chill. Usually, he's a nervous wreck when I come home after being away, but this time he was just lounging around. I'll definitely be asking her to watch Blacky again. Thanks, Claire !"

"This is the first time we had to call in the help of a professional cat sitter to take care of our two cats, Roxy and Bella, as the Christmas period meant that none of our friends were available for cat sitting. Initially we were a bit anxious about letting someone we didn't know into our house and trusting them with our fur babies. After long deliberations and lots of internet research we decided on Katie's because of her excellent reviews on Pawshake and especially as she also works at a cat rescue and would be familiar with any issues that could potentially arise while we were away. After a very pleasant and thorough introduction meeting, during which Katie spoiled our cats with treats and toys (Christmas presents!), we were completely confident that she would take excellent care of Roxy and Bella. We are so happy we chose Katie to be our pet sitter, she couldn't have been more brilliant! She spent a lot of time with them each day, cleaning their bowls, feeding them, giving them treats, petting them, trying to play with them and brush them, cleaning up the occasional vomit, cleaning their litter tray and changing the Litter Locker bin bag, ... She even collected our mail and parcels from the porch and placed them inside. While Katie was in the house with them she sent us lots of photos and videos and it made us so happy and feel relieved to see that they were well taken care of and properly spoiled. We could really tell that the cats were very comfortable with Katie and enjoyed all the pampering. We could not recommend Katie enough and will definitely use her again in the future! Thank you so much, Katie, you made our Christmas holidays away from the fur babies, so much more bearable!"
