"Rachel was amazing looking after our cats and even our crabs while we were away! 🐾 She kept us updated, made us feel completely at ease and it was so nice knowing they were all being well cared for at home. We came back to happy pets and everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes great care in what she does. "We booked Valeria for the first time based on a recommendation from another cat sitter, and she was absolutely fantastic. Over three days, she took wonderful care of our adult cat. She followed our instructions to the letter, kept us updated on her arrivals and departures, and sent us photos and videos throughout. She asked thoughtful questions if she was unsure of something, which showed that she is a conscientious sitter. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend her."

Jenny was also kind enough to notify me of a parcel arriving, and put it in a safe place, which was very much appreciated.
