"I have recently moved to Luton and decided to switch from using cattery to home visits from cat sitter. Sarah was the best choice I could make. Great communication, friendly and no fuss. I like that and so did the cats. Well…. One of the cats as she is a grumpy and unsociable sort. The other tried to get adopted by Sarah and go home in her pocket. 😆 Cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. Thank you. "

"Grainee was an absolute star. We've never used a cat sitter before, but we much preferred the idea of keeping them in their own surroundings rather than stressing them out in a cattery. So after a quick Google, we came upon the Pawshake site/app which in turn led us to the lovely Grainee. After a read of her profile, and then seeing the glowing reviews from other happy pet owners, we decided to take the plunge and contact her to see if she would be the ideal sitter for our kitties. It's always going to be a scary proposition letting a complete stranger into your home, but after a few delightful messages back and forth via the app, we decided to do the meet and greet and have a chat in person. Grainee came across as lovely, trustworthy and genuinely an animal lover which put us at complete ease. So without hesitation we booked in and the rest is history. She looked after our girls like they were her own, and the communication was absolutely great and put our minds at ease that everything was OK. Loved getting the odd photo too, strangely reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Grainee, she was a delight to use, and our kitties couldn't have been in safer hands. We'll 100% be coming back in the future!"

"Emma was amazing!
she arrived for a pre visit, nite pad and pen in had all ready for note taking about our 8 guinea pigs and cat. she asked questions on what I forget to mention and had knowledge.
she cleaned out our guinea pig cages and removed the rubbish for us.
she went beyond duty and put our bins at end of driveway and back again.
She sent daily photos and communication.
all pets very happy on our return.
we will definitely be using Emma in the future.

"Perfect!! Could not have asked for more from a sitter. Caitlin was professional, conscientious and communicative throughout and took the extra time to socialise our animals in addition to just attending to their daily care. She also appears to be my 5 year old daughter’s favourite person (and she is a good judge of character!)"

"First time leaving my cat at home for longer than a few days. Dax hated the Cattery last time so thought I would give this ago so that he remained in familiar surroundings. Alison came round a couple months before deciding on booking and really put my mind at ease.
Excellent communication whilst I was away with pictures which really showed how much care Alison gave to my cat and home.
Highly recommend and will certainly be using Alison again in the future. Thank you once again. "

"Claire has been very friendly and helpful when navigating our first-ever attempt to have someone come and take care of our cat in our home while we were away.
She sent a message after every visit to let us know all was ok, sometimes with a little picture as well. We will definitely use Claire for future trips away."
