"Shauna was a fantastic sitter. She was thoroughly on the ball with her communications and was consistently available when she said she would be. She was clear and reasonable about what she could and couldn't offer and did just what she said she was going to do, which I found very reassuring. She was looking after my cat, who can be a little tricky at first, but she soon gained his trust. I could see this from the pictures she sent me of the two of them together. and I could tell from how she was reporting the experience of caring for him that she is a conscientious soul and someone who genuinely loves animals and is seeking to be a sitter for all the right reasons. It's quite a thing to give a stranger keys to your home and have them visit whilst you're absent. Shauna treated my home with absolute respect and I found her to be completely trustworthy in all my dealings with her and will have no hesitation in engaging her again in the future. Excellent service. Thank you"
