"This was our first time using a professional cat sitter and we’re so glad it was Rachel. Communication was great throughout, she called round to meet us before we committed to anything, answered any questions promptly and, most importantly, the cats were happy and content when we got back after our break away. "Joeley and her family were perfect to look after our 7 month old puppy Nala! She was well cared for, given lots of love and had lots of fun! 🤩 Communication was fantastic and we felt incredibly at ease known Nala was being really well looked after whilst we were away. Joeley kept in contact and gave us updates, and administered medication that we had left with them. We can’t thank Joeley and her family enough! Nala had a great time and can’t wait to come back! 💕"

"Lisa has done an amazing job of looking after my 4 terrorist furr balls. She is so wonderful,loving and caring towards all the cats.
