"I have never used a pet sitter before, so I was naturally a little nervous about leaving my pets in someone else's care. However, Amy completely put my mind at ease from the very beginning. When on her first meet, Oscar demanded more head rubs, so I actually said she was part of our family. Amy looked after my babies (2 chickens - Edith & Lisa-Marie, and 3 cats - Nutmeg, Oscar & Ted) with great care and attention, and it was clear she genuinely loves animals. She was reliable, professional, and kept me updated throughout her visits by sending me photos and videos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. When I returned home, all of my babies were happy, well cared for, and settled. Even Ted, who suffers from separation anxiety! It was reassuring to know they had been in such capable hands. Amy went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Amy, from all of us, for providing such excellent service.
