Communication was excellent, and Char proactively handled a few things I had missed instructing them on. I received detailed updates regarding my cats' well-being along with video clips during every visit.

"I have availed of Alex’s services on a good number of occasions for my two cats. This time she visited them twice a day for a week. I am pretty precious when it comes to my cats and I’m fairly picky generally but I absolutely, 100%, without reservation, say that Alexandra is simply the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in 30 years of owning cats. She is a warm, positive, reliable person with a superb manner with cats. And my cats don’t lie. When I arrived home, they aren’t sad, silent and grumpy because I’ve been away a week- they’re chatty, affectionate, active, clearly happy because, that’s what they’ve been used to each day I’ve been gone!
