"Heather was a great find via Pawshake. She came to meet us before finalising the booking and then popped over to pick up the keys once everything was arranged. Heather agreed to do two visits per day and kept in touch with me by sending photos of our cat at least once a day. This was reassuring as I was concerned our cat might just take off as he tends to be nervous around strangers. Our cat was fine when we returned home and I would recommend Heather to anyone who is thinking of having a pet sitter come home rather than taking a pet to kennels/a cattery. Thank you, Heather!"

"We recently hired Julie to look after our two cats while we were away, and we were overall really happy with the experience. Julie is reliable, trustworthy and professional, meeting with us beforehand to discuss the schedule and meet the cats.
One of our cats, Vinnie, gets upset when we are away and Julie took the time to build his trust with play sessions and treats and by the end he was wiggling around showing his belly; a rare treat for those he trusts! He played interactive toys with Julie every day, highlighting Julie's patience, calm approach and experience with upset cats.
Our other cat Roxi is very shy around new people and just hides. Julie made sure that she ate too, ensuring that our other cat didn't eat her food and providing fresh water. Roxi looked happy and healthy when we got back, so this is a credit to Julie.
Julie provided regular video and text updates throughout the home visits, which gave us peace of mind. Showing any progress during interactive play sessions.
The cat trays were scooped and binned as needed, so we came back to a clean home and cats had a clean and safe environment. Water was topped up for both cats too.
We returned home to two happy and safe cats and we couldn't be happier. We can therefore highly recommend Julie to anybody considering her services.

"I cannot recommend Emily highly enough! My cats are the most precious thing in the world to me and leaving them with a cat sitter is always a bit of a worry, but I would now never hesitate to ask Emily to look after them! It’s clear that she is a cat lover herself and that really showed in her care and attention. She didn’t just feed the cats, but actually spent time with them and made sure that they were happy and content each day. She also provided us with pictures and updates, which was much appreciated. One of our cats requires medication twice a day and Emily had absolutely no problem administering this. She really was the most perfect cat sitter that we could have wished for.
