From the very beginning, she was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with animals, which gave me real peace of mind. What truly stood out was how she went the extra mile not only making sure my pets were happy, fed, and comfortable, but also taking the time to check in with me and ensure everything at home was running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pets as if they were their own, but Margarita really does. I came back to two very relaxed and well-cared-for pets, which says everything. She sent an update after every single visit, with photos, which made such a difference. I never once had to wonder how Rosie was doing.
