"Claire immediately bonded with our cats, and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and safe. We never worried whilst we were away, because we knew they were in good hands. Because they trust her, they always came home for the night. The cats got ample playtime from Claire. Highly recommend letting Claire take care of your animals."

"Rea stepped in at the least minute when I was away and needed a cat sitter urgently in an emergency to give medication and food twice a day. She messaged back really quickly, was very responsive and gave me complete confidence that my cat was in good hands even though she had never been to the house or met him before. I arrived back to a happy and healthy cat, so can't ask for more! "

"Margaret has now looked after Salem several times, and we have future visits booked already. During our absence, Margaret is in constant communication via texts, photos and video, assuring us that all is well at home. A recent photograph showed that Salem is sitting on Margaret's knee during visits which totally gives us peace of mind that he is very happy with Margaret as his petsitter. Thank you."

"Helen was a fantastic pet-sitter for our nervous visually impaired Boarder Collie. I'm so glad we found her on Pawshake! Helen was so efficient at getting back to my initial enquiry and all the communication from start to finish was amazing. It was also great and very reassuring to meet Helen before we went away and gave the chance for Wilfie to meet her. We knew immediately that Helen was a real animal lover, with a lifetime experience of animal ownership and a real commitment to take the time to listen and tailor make her house visits to exactly what we needed and wanted for Wilfie. This was the first time we couldn't bring Wilfie away with us and I was a bit anxious about leaving him, so thank you Helen for being so understanding and for putting my mind at peace. It was lovely to get pup-dates from home and to see your photos and videos of our boy having a really fun stay-cation! We highly recommend Helen for her 5 star care and service 🌟 🐾 🐕 "

"I am very pleased with Frances. Communication was very easy and she was very flexible with working around my dates. She was very careful with my cats and they liked her (and they are usually not very sociable!). She always kept in touch with me while I was away which reassured me and made my time away stress-free. I highly recommend her."

"LUNA LOVES LORRAINE! And so do we! While I was in hospital, Lorraine came to care for Luna, and both my sister Lisa and I are so deeply grateful for the attention, effort, and lovely energy she brought into our home. From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she genuinely cares. She kept us reassured with her thoughtful updates, and Luna was so comfortable with her that she was still looking for Lorraine when we got home! Lorraine went above and beyond, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing Luna was in such kind and capable hands. We couldn’t recommend her more highly—thank you, Lorraine, for treating Luna like one of your own."
