Meet and greet completed and we decided how to proceed with care for three dogs for two home visits.
Sarah collected our keys as agreed and asked appropriate questions. I felt very secure leaving keys and our dogs with Sarah.
Keys and house left perfectly. All three dogs good. Communication via text and no issues.
Would recommend Sarah for house sitting three small dogs. One of which has small dog attitude problems and Sarah not phased."

"we were understandably nervous about using a pet sitter - our boys usually go to a cattery but for 2 days it seemed worth trying Char to avoid the stress to them.
We met Char who was confident approachable and knowledgeable, and the boys both seemed to like her at the start. We got a text on day one which was immensely reassuring, as all was going well. On our return the boys were both happy and Char left a note full of information on how they had been. we will hopefully book Char again and I would recommend her. she made it an easy decision to use a pet sitter."

"I booked Kate to take care of my cat Bri for a little over two weeks. It is clear that she took very good care of Bri and that Bri took a real shine to Kate too. Communication was good with regular updates provided. Would definitely book again."

"Amanda & Dean were absolutely fabulous! they put our minds at ease straight away when coming to visit and took the time to get to know us and our cats beforehand. they are friendly and chatty and clearly love animals.
Our cats Beau & Ty were calm and happy when we got back, and I was nervous as hell leaving them for the first time. we have since booked them up for another 4 separate occasions and will now be our go to pet sitters. "

"Charlotte is such a lovely lady, I liked her as soon as I met her. Our cat is very timid but she took a shine to Charlotte and was quite happy to be stroked by Charlotte. Charlotte communicated every day that we were away and sent us photos of a very content cat. The kitchen/cat area was clean and tidy when we returned home. Would 100% recommend Charlotte."

"Darcy came to look after my cat Darwin whilst I was away on holiday. She was very friendly and had a lovely calming aura and made sure she knew everything about my cat before coming to visit, she sent me daily updates and photos (when my cat actually decided to appear) to put my mind at ease whilst I was away. He felt really safe and calm with her and I was told would always give her a happy little meow when she arrived. thanks again for a great experience! would highly recommend ❤️"

"From the issues with booking on the app to end of service delivered by Jack was very polite and I had no reservations in leaving our home and pets under his supervision after the meet and greet opportunity.
We left our home at 9.30 am and returned at 10.30 pm. We wouldn’t have even known Jack had been in or we had left. House and all 4 pets as we left.

"I can't thank Jessica enough for looking after and feeding my two cats. It's not an easy task... I have one cat who is greedy and eats everything, has a specific veterinary diet and tablets due to his health needs. My other cat is nervous and shy, and she has refused to eat with other cat sitters I have tried. I thought I'd never be able to go away for even a night as it was such a task to feed them both. Jessica is a miracle worker and must be a cat whisperer. My nervous cat went up to her on their first meeting and even ate her food in her presence. While I was away, she managed to get both cats to eat all their meals with no issues. My nervous cat took to her immediately and was even purring with her. I was gobsmacked and ecstatic! Jessica is a true animal lover, extremely caring and kind, and very professional. I completely trust her with my cats and would strongly recommend her services to others. I will definitely be booking her again to look after my cats."
