"Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"Jane cared for our two cats so well. When we arrived home the cats were happy and relaxed which was amazing given one of them is a highly needy indoor cat. We received pictures and notes to update us and felt comfortable from the moment we met Jane. Jane is definitely a 5 star sitter! Thank you!"

"I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to look after my two cats when I am away. Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "Melani is the best ! It was super easy to plan a meet & great, we had a really nice chat that made us fully confident to leave our furry friends to her during our 17 days holidays. Our cat came to cuddle her on first meeting and when she car later to pick the keys, which is not usual for him. She gave us news on each visit and we came back to a happy rabbit and cat with clean litter box and a clean floor (our cat tends to be messy with his litter). I’m really happy with the care she provided and hope she’ll be available for our holidays in the summer. "

"Alina was absolutely amazing! She came to our house twice a day, fed our two cats, cleaned their litter tray, played with them and sent videos of the cats playing. "We were quite nervous about leaving our two house cats with a catsitter as we're used to having a friend stay with them but she was on holiday herself. They're lockdown cats so a little nervous and take time to warm to new people and we really wanted to avoid them staying elsewhere as we think that would cause them a lot of distress. As soon as we met Livi, she put us at ease and approached the cats very gently (they went to sniff her as soon as she put her hand out!) and she was both friendly and professional, so we had confidence in her from the off. Livi sent us frequent updates and photos, played with them and we came home to some very content girls. They really are our babies and we're so glad we chose Livi to mind them, we couldn't recommend her more and would definitely use her services again. Thank you again, Livi! :D"

"I was so worried when I went away for two weeks as our cat had broken his leg about three weeks before and was confined to a cage. He could only be taken out to lie/ stand on a rug for sort periods. Pushkin was expertly cared for by Anna and her husband. They sent us twice daily photos and updates and did not hesitate to ask when something did not appear quite right. They were so caring and I felt genuinely loved and cared for Pushkin and our semi wild second cat who lives mostly in the garden. We came back to a clean and tidy house that did not smell at all. Anna also watered my plants whilst we were away. I would definitely book Anna again and thoroughly recommend her as a pet sitter."

"Sarah has been an amazing dog sitter! She was really flexible in meeting our needs, and wasn’t put off by an overly excited dog at the meet and greet. Sarah sent several updates an photos during the day as it was the first time we’d left Marlow with someone else, and we were nervous about how well behaved he’d be. Sarah allayed our fears and by the end of the second day he was napping with his head resting on her lap! We’d throughly recommend Sarah and will definitely be using her again. "We can’t thank Beata enough for looking after our cats whilst we were away for a week, it’s great to return home to 2 very happy cats!
Communication was brilliant and the daily updates with photos and videos are great to know the cats are ok. She was also happy to help with a couple of other things in the house for us as well.
We have used Beata a few times now and will most definitely continue to use her in the future, she’s absolutely brilliant with the cats and spends a good amount of time with them. You can tell they have been well looked after when they don’t seem to notice you have been away 😂
I would highly recommend Beata to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets. "

"I’m just so happy that we found Neta through this site, she’s been an incredible Cat Sitter. Clearly a true animal lover, she’s been going above and beyond every day to communicate and send pictures of our animals but also to play with them, and resolve any issues.
