"Nicky was fantastic! Our usual cat sitter was away and I found Nicky on the Pawshake site as being local to us. Her communication was quick, clear and super efficient. She was flexible and supportive and allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend away feeling secure that our house and cats were in great hands. She was completely reliable and updated us just as I requested, managing all our priorities - like ensuring one of the cats didn’t eat all of the food! "Jess was a conscientious and cooperative cat sitter! She sent me pictures and kept me informed, and seemed to bond nicely with my cat! She also looked after the mail and all the things I asked her to do in the house. "Because of disrupted rail travel plans, a cat sitter became needed the following day. I was fearful that no one reliable and affordable could be obtained at such short notice. Not only did Steve and his assistant step up to the challenge, but went above and beyond in their care of my feline friend. Their visits were timed to suit Felix (who, as always, insists that everyone run around after him). Steve followed his instructions obediently.
At no extra cost, Steve gave my garden rose some much needed water."

"Vanessa was marvellous. From the start, she was helpful. When she first visited, she immediately bonded with Olive, our cat. We went on holiday relieved that Olive was in good care. "Krishma provided a great service. She updated us every day on the cats, taking videos when she interacted with them so we could see them. Krishma took time to sit with the cats or wait for them if she hadn't seen them when she arrived. Our cats can be nervous around new people so this was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Krishma and am using her again."

"I cannot put into words how fantastic Louise has been. From the first communication I felt I had found the solution to my problem as to who might look after my feline whilst i was away - upon meeting Louise I knew he would be in good hands but having now availed her of her services for 6 days she has surpassed every expectation. Louise is a god-send. Casper ( my cat ) adored her and she clearly adores cats. I had daily updates and pictures and I cannot thank her enough. I would totally reommend Louise should you need someone to cover your cats needs whilst you are away whether for one or multiple visits. Louise came twice a day and was absolutely fab - we returned to a very happy cat and she had even emptied the bins and put in fresh bin liners. Thank you Pawshake and Louise for everything .

"We can’t recommend Sarah enough! This was our first time using a cat sitter, as we’ve only used a cattery in the past. Our cat is usually very nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she warmed to Sarah so quickly. Sarah is very conscientious and obviously loves cats. She also left everywhere incredibly clean and tidy for when we came back. She was great at communicating, and it was lovely to receive little photos or videos to see how our cat was getting on. We’d definitely book Sarah again, and hope our cat has found a new friend!"
