"Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"Emily helped looking after my cat Rosie while we were away and I honestly could not be happier. From the very first contact she was very quick to respond, kind and professional. She took the time to visit our house before the start, to make sure everything was clear, and I was already very impressed from this first meeting.
During our time away, Emily provided regular updates and it was clear she was genuinely connecting with Rosie, not just doing a job. This gave us so much peace of mind. Rosie was very well cared for and happy when we came back.

"Peony fully demonstrated her reliability and attentiveness during her visit to my home to look after my 2 cats. With her previous experience in pets sitting, she understands the expectation of pet owners well and has delivered an excellent pet sitting service to me. "Sandra cared for our two Maine Coon cats, Lily and Lani, for a week while we were on holiday. She visited daily to feed and care for them, and sent us videos each day, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to see how happy and relaxed they were.
Sandra spent time interacting with both cats during every visit, and it was clear from the videos they were comfortable, well cared for, and enjoying her company. She even watered outdoor pot plants while we were away which was very much appreciated. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
Sandra was professional, reliable, and clearly loved animals. We couldn’t ask for better care for Lily and Lani. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future."

"Anna was excellent. I have never used a cat sitter before and she made me really comfortable, and at ease. She was great with communicating before we went away and sent regular updates about the cats, and there were 3 to look after!! She was very conscientious and friendly, she clearly loves animals and was very attentive to their needs. We have one cat that is quite nervous and she was very sensitive to this and reassuring us that he and the others were all being well looked after. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again to look after our cats. Thank you Anna. "

"Karen was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat Milo! 🐾 She was always quick to respond, very kind and reliable, and followed all the instructions I gave her perfectly. She spent extra time with Milo, making sure he felt happy and cared for, and kept me updated with lots of lovely pictures and messages that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. "I have a unique little free roam rescue bunny named Barnaby, who has had a pretty awful start to life and now quite honestly "rules the roost" in my home, but he's very scared of new people and I was so nervous to leave Barnaby for the first time since I've had him, in 2 years.
While I was away, Jamie was an absolute dream! Even before I booked, Jamie asked all the right questions about Barnaby’s routine and my exact preferences and it immediately showed just how much he truly cares, his animal knowledge and valued doing things the way Barnaby likes them.
Getting sweet little photos and updates after every single meal made my whole trip. I found myself looking forward to them and shared them with my entire family, who too started waiting for our updates every day and asking if we had a new one yet. It because a part of our holiday fun and it was such a relief seeing Barnaby so happy, relaxed, and sticking right to his normal schedule. You can tell Jamie genuinely adores animals and took the time to make him feel safe. Barnaby even came out of hiding for a few photos, which surprised even me.
I came back to the happiest, most content little guy! I couldn't ask for a better pet feeder/ sitter and would recommend Jamie in a heartbeat to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and truly special to look after their bunny.
Jamie, thank you so much for taking such incredible care of him! I'm tempted to travel more now :)
