"Rosie was absolutely brilliant looking after our cat Mabel whilst we visited family for a few days. She is a rescue that we have only had for just over a month and is still very nervous so we knew a cat sitter would be better for her than a cattery but we were worried how she would take to a new person. We didn’t need to worry at all as Mabel loved Rosie! Rosie took her time and didn’t overwhelm her and by the second day Mabel was running down the stairs to see her. Rosie has a great friendly personality and we took to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable of cats and their needs and I loved how she messaged every day with pictures and videos as updates as it meant we knew how Mabel was doing. She also brought her own special treats which Mabel loved!! She also took extra precautions for COVID-19 and cleaned everything when she arrived and left so that was one less worry. I would definitely recommend Rosie as a great cat sitter and we will certainly be using her from now on."

"Karen was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat Milo! 🐾 She was always quick to respond, very kind and reliable, and followed all the instructions I gave her perfectly. She spent extra time with Milo, making sure he felt happy and cared for, and kept me updated with lots of lovely pictures and messages that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Milo was very comfortable with her. "Emma is a fantastic cat sitter! She looked after our two cats last week, visiting twice a day to feed them, give them treats, play with them, and clean their trays. She also kindly watered our plants. Each day, she sent us lovely updates with amazing photos, which really put our minds at ease. It's clear she truly loves animals and knows how to care for them. "Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.

"I can’t recommend Lea enough. She is incredibly kind and caring, who went above and beyond to make sure my cats and tortoise felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were away.
Lea took the time to play with my cats, kept me updated with photos and messages, and made sure all their routines were followed. It was a huge weight off my mind knowing my cats were in such caring and thoughtful hands. We came home to chilled-out, relaxed cats and I’ll definitely be booking with Lea again in the future."
