"Rachel was amazing looking after our cats and even our crabs while we were away! 🐾 She kept us updated, made us feel completely at ease and it was so nice knowing they were all being well cared for at home. We came back to happy pets and everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes great care in what she does. "I had to find a new cat sitter at short notice last week. Sharon was very flexible and came round to meet him. He warmed to her straight away! Sharon sent me lovely pictures and updates for every visit and gave him his medication. Very reassuring after my cat was recovering from an injury and I was nervous about leaving him! She followed our instructions to the letter, kept us updated on her arrivals and departures, and sent us photos and videos throughout. She asked thoughtful questions if she was unsure of something, which showed that she is a conscientious sitter. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend her."
