"Heather was a great find via Pawshake. She came to meet us before finalising the booking and then popped over to pick up the keys once everything was arranged. Heather agreed to do two visits per day and kept in touch with me by sending photos of our cat at least once a day. This was reassuring as I was concerned our cat might just take off as he tends to be nervous around strangers. Our cat was fine when we returned home and I would recommend Heather to anyone who is thinking of having a pet sitter come home rather than taking a pet to kennels/a cattery. Thank you, Heather!"

"We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "Oksana and Andrii are both very special people. They are very reliable and clearly genuinely love animals. They looked after our cat really well while we were away, playing with him as well as ensuring he was having regular meals. They sent videos of him every day, helping to make our holiday worry-free. "Zach was excellent, 5 stars is not enough! He was so good with the cats. He came in twice a day and sent photos and a detailed message each time. He stayed for a while each visit and petted the cats which was great. We could see from the photos how content the cats were. We would be happy to have Zach again and would highly recommend him."

"I can’t thank Reza enough for the care and attention he gave our two cats! Shortly before we went away, our elderly cat became ill and we were keeping her comfortable with medication but worried that she might take a turn for the worse. If this had happened before we’d booked our holiday we would not have gone away, but thanks to Reza we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. He is a natural with cats, and both of ours were happy and comfortable with him. He let us know how our cats were getting on and sent photos every evening - we were so reassured by how content they both looked. I really felt Reza went above and beyond my expectations of a cat sitter and I am very grateful!"

He was quick to respond and popped over to meet us prior to the dates we requested.
