"We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "Tom was the best decision we made to look after our elderly cat. He went above and beyond what we expected, spending time with our cat and giving her a daily brush…and not only that he spotted and dealt with a plumbing issue whilst we were away. He communicated exceptionally well with us and we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our pet and our home.
We would 100% use Tom again and thoroughly recommend him for anyone looking for a conscientious and caring pet sitter."

"We recently hired Julie to look after our two cats while we were away, and we were overall really happy with the experience. Julie is reliable, trustworthy and professional, meeting with us beforehand to discuss the schedule and meet the cats.
One of our cats, Vinnie, gets upset when we are away and Julie took the time to build his trust with play sessions and treats and by the end he was wiggling around showing his belly; a rare treat for those he trusts! He played interactive toys with Julie every day, highlighting Julie's patience, calm approach and experience with upset cats.
Our other cat Roxi is very shy around new people and just hides. Julie made sure that she ate too, ensuring that our other cat didn't eat her food and providing fresh water. Roxi looked happy and healthy when we got back, so this is a credit to Julie.
Julie provided regular video and text updates throughout the home visits, which gave us peace of mind. Showing any progress during interactive play sessions.
The cat trays were scooped and binned as needed, so we came back to a clean home and cats had a clean and safe environment. Water was topped up for both cats too.
We returned home to two happy and safe cats and we couldn't be happier. We can therefore highly recommend Julie to anybody considering her services.

"Claire is a wonderful pet sitter who has taken great care of my two cats when we were on holiday.
They both received all of the care and attention they needed and seem very happy.

"Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"Sandy took great care of our two cats during our two week holiday. Prior to cat-sitting, Sandy took time to meet and find out about the cats and their routines, which filled us with confidence. It was lovely to receive updates and photos while we were away. On our return, it was clear that the cats had been well looked after and their litter tray and feeding area had been cleaned regularly. Sandy was trustworthy, friendly and clearly loves animals. We would definitely use her again. "

"I have availed of Alex’s services on a good number of occasions for my two cats. This time she visited them twice a day for a week. I am pretty precious when it comes to my cats and I’m fairly picky generally but I absolutely, 100%, without reservation, say that Alexandra is simply the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in 30 years of owning cats. She is a warm, positive, reliable person with a superb manner with cats. And my cats don’t lie. When I arrived home, they aren’t sad, silent and grumpy because I’ve been away a week- they’re chatty, affectionate, active, clearly happy because, that’s what they’ve been used to each day I’ve been gone! Like they’ve been on therapy and are all loved-up! Her communication also is excellent, lots of updates. Fabulous. "

"We can’t recommend Sarah enough! This was our first time using a cat sitter, as we’ve only used a cattery in the past. Our cat is usually very nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she warmed to Sarah so quickly. Sarah is very conscientious and obviously loves cats. She also left everywhere incredibly clean and tidy for when we came back. She was great at communicating, and it was lovely to receive little photos or videos to see how our cat was getting on. We’d definitely book Sarah again, and hope our cat has found a new friend!"

"I can’t thank Reza enough for the care and attention he gave our two cats! Shortly before we went away, our elderly cat became ill and we were keeping her comfortable with medication but worried that she might take a turn for the worse. If this had happened before we’d booked our holiday we would not have gone away, but thanks to Reza we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. He is a natural with cats, and both of ours were happy and comfortable with him. He let us know how our cats were getting on and sent photos every evening - we were so reassured by how content they both looked. I really felt Reza went above and beyond my expectations of a cat sitter and I am very grateful!"
