"Nicky was fantastic! Our usual cat sitter was away and I found Nicky on the Pawshake site as being local to us. Her communication was quick, clear and super efficient. She was flexible and supportive and allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend away feeling secure that our house and cats were in great hands. She was completely reliable and updated us just as I requested, managing all our priorities - like ensuring one of the cats didn’t eat all of the food! "We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "Claire is a friendly and reliable cat sitter. She looked after our cat for over two weeks this summer, and sent regular updates and photos while we were away. She also watered the plants and took the bins out which was a bonus! Arrived home to find a happy cat, with food and water in his bowls, and a clean litter tray etc. If we need a cat sitter in the future, I would book Claire again and would be happy to recommend her."

"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles. "Charlotte is such a lovely lady, I liked her as soon as I met her. Our cat is very timid but she took a shine to Charlotte and was quite happy to be stroked by Charlotte.
