"Leaving the cats in a cattery or even at home with a cat sitter used to be an exercise in guilt. Well with Alexandra minding my two cats now, guilt is a thing of the past. I know for certain that they're having an absolutely lovely time. Having regular, reliable company; a friendly face; someone who speaks cat (she actually does btw); someone who plays with them, thinks about what they most need (one wants toy-play, one wants conversation and reassurance), and for me, i get regular daily updates, photos, videos. Very prompt replies to all messages. When we returned from a recent 10-day holiday the cats were relaxed, affectionate, and clearly their expectations were pretty high on the interaction-front!! I've had to up-my-game! If you love your cat, i cannot recommend Alexandra more highly. (And I am a very picky reviewer)."

"We can’t recommend Sarah enough! This was our first time using a cat sitter, as we’ve only used a cattery in the past. Our cat is usually very nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she warmed to Sarah so quickly. Sarah is very conscientious and obviously loves cats. She also left everywhere incredibly clean and tidy for when we came back. She was great at communicating, and it was lovely to receive little photos or videos to see how our cat was getting on. We’d definitely book Sarah again, and hope our cat has found a new friend!"

"Natalie was the most amazing cat sitter and we would definitely book her again. She looked after our little Smudge so well, giving him lots of play and cuddle time, and sending us regular photos which always enlightened our day! "Jo looked after my 4 cats brilliantly whilst I was on holiday. She is a warm, friendly and engaging person who kept me up to date daily with how my cats were doing. My cats seemed happy and my house was clean and tidy when I came home so she'd obviously cleaned up around the litter tray and kept the feeding area clean of spills, as well as being good with the cats. I really appreciated Jo's help whilst I was away, felt comfortable leaving my cats in her care, and would definitely recommend her to others."

"I cannot put into words how fantastic Louise has been. From the first communication I felt I had found the solution to my problem as to who might look after my feline whilst i was away - upon meeting Louise I knew he would be in good hands but having now availed her of her services for 6 days she has surpassed every expectation. Louise is a god-send. Casper ( my cat ) adored her and she clearly adores cats. I had daily updates and pictures and I cannot thank her enough. I would totally reommend Louise should you need someone to cover your cats needs whilst you are away whether for one or multiple visits. Louise came twice a day and was absolutely fab - we returned to a very happy cat and she had even emptied the bins and put in fresh bin liners. Thank you Pawshake and Louise for everything .

"I recently had the pleasure of using Katie for my beloved pet rabbit, Harry, and I cannot recommend Katie enough. From start to finish, she provided top-notch care and attention for Harry, making me feel confident that he was in good hands while I was away.
Katie took the time to ask me questions about Harry's diet, exercise routine, and daily habits to ensure that she could provide personalised care for him. I appreciated this attention to detail, as it showed me that they truly cared about Harry's well-being.
Throughout my time away, Katie sent me regular updates and photos of Harry, which were a delightful surprise each day. Seeing him happy and content in the care of Katie put my mind at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my time away without worrying about him.
When I returned home, Harry was in great spirits and seemed to have had a wonderful time with his new friend.

"Simona took care of our elderly dog Tango for 2 days and took him for 3 walks. She was confident and comfortable handling my big dog and they both bonded well quickly.
