"Nicky was fantastic! Our usual cat sitter was away and I found Nicky on the Pawshake site as being local to us. Her communication was quick, clear and super efficient. She was flexible and supportive and allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend away feeling secure that our house and cats were in great hands. She was completely reliable and updated us just as I requested, managing all our priorities - like ensuring one of the cats didn’t eat all of the food! "I have availed of Alex’s services on a good number of occasions for my two cats. This time she visited them twice a day for a week. I am pretty precious when it comes to my cats and I’m fairly picky generally but I absolutely, 100%, without reservation, say that Alexandra is simply the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in 30 years of owning cats. She is a warm, positive, reliable person with a superb manner with cats. And my cats don’t lie. When I arrived home, they aren’t sad, silent and grumpy because I’ve been away a week- they’re chatty, affectionate, active, clearly happy because, that’s what they’ve been used to each day I’ve been gone! Like they’ve been on therapy and are all loved-up! Her communication also is excellent, lots of updates. Fabulous. "

"I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, the sitter was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my cats' needs and personalities.
There was a small hiccup with the automatic feeder,which Jo resolved promptly, ensuring my cats were not over fed.
Throughout the entire period, it was evident that my cats received plenty of love and attention. Jo took the time to play with them, giving them the social interaction they crave. When I returned home, my cats were relaxed and happy, which is a testament to the care they received.
As an added bonus, my plants were still alive and our house was also well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Jo.The quality of care, attention to detail, and commitment to my pets' well-being exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her services again in the future!"

"Vanessa was marvellous. From the start, she was helpful. When she first visited, she immediately bonded with Olive, our cat. We went on holiday relieved that Olive was in good care. "I cannot put into words how fantastic Louise has been. From the first communication I felt I had found the solution to my problem as to who might look after my feline whilst i was away - upon meeting Louise I knew he would be in good hands but having now availed her of her services for 6 days she has surpassed every expectation. Louise is a god-send. Casper ( my cat ) adored her and she clearly adores cats. I had daily updates and pictures and I cannot thank her enough. I would totally reommend Louise should you need someone to cover your cats needs whilst you are away whether for one or multiple visits. Louise came twice a day and was absolutely fab - we returned to a very happy cat and she had even emptied the bins and put in fresh bin liners. Thank you Pawshake and Louise for everything .

"We can’t recommend Sarah enough! This was our first time using a cat sitter, as we’ve only used a cattery in the past. Our cat is usually very nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she warmed to Sarah so quickly. Sarah is very conscientious and obviously loves cats. She also left everywhere incredibly clean and tidy for when we came back. She was great at communicating, and it was lovely to receive little photos or videos to see how our cat was getting on. We’d definitely book Sarah again, and hope our cat has found a new friend!"
